1. I slept like T-Total crap last night. Couldn't fall asleep, woke up every 30 minutes it seemed like and finally at 4:15 I gave up and just stayed up...now I am paying for it and feel like death warmed over.
2. Because I was up at 4:15, I got to work about 30 minutes before I needed to. I now know why I hate getting to work so early. The day drags effing ass, especially when I have nothing to do. Why do I have nothing to do?? Because I stayed late last night getting caught up thinking I would be slammed with work today because I am off work all next week...sounded like a good plan, except the office is pretty much empty today.
3. In the little bit of sleep I did get last night I had some crazy ass dreams. Jeff always makes fun of me because they are always totally random but very vivid. I dreamt I was at Target checking out and a couple behind me came up to put their stuff up. They were putting it in my cart instead of on the checkout counter, but they put the little bar in there like they were keeping it separate from my stuff. I was getting mad because I hadn't even started getting my stuff out yet and their stuff was getting mixed with mine. Not too crazy yet, right? It was the items they were buying that was crazy...one of those old timey glass thermometers with the mercury in it, some "breast cancer awareness" baking dishes and hair curlers (the like 1950 kind) haha. No idea, really strange.
4. I also had a dream that I was cuddled in bed naked...with someone that was not my husband...that someone was a co-worker...and that co-worker is someone who in a million years I would never, ever cuddle with, clothes or no clothes. Thank God it was a fleeting
5. I have to go home tonight and make a cheesecake for my brother's company Thanksgiving party. I've made the same thing for him, by their request, for the last like 4 years. Problem is, he got married this year...so why in the hell am I still making this $#*%?!?! Ugh, the things we do for family. I need to learn the word "No" haha.
6. Tomorrow marks 1 year since my grandfather passed away...not going to be a good day. Enough said.
7. I'm starting to get offended by all these posts on Facebook with people criticizing those putting their Christmas stuff up already. I am one of those people. November 2, 2013 = Day all my Christmas stuff went up and ya'll can just suck it!
8. My excitement for heading to NY on Friday is totally getting overshadowed by all the crap I have to do over the next couple of days. I need a clone...
9. I am so looking forward to some turkey and dressing next week!
10. I can't even think of a #10 right now...I'm just ready to get the hell out of dodge before I face plant my desk!!
