Acts of Kindness #32 & 33

Act of Kindness #32: We all know the Salvation Army door greeters that come out of the woodworks during the holiday season. They are forced to stand outside in the freezing temperatures, constantly ringing a bell in the hopes of getting you to put some money in their donation buckets. I swear I don't think I could handle doing their job...I would get on my own nerves after 5 minutes of having to ring that damn bell!!! Well, I always feel bad walking past them without putting anything in their bucket. So I have been suckered in at least a few times this year to dig around in my purse for loose change because Lord knows I never have any cash on me! So, you're welcome Salvation Army...and now because of you I will get hung up at a toll booth without any change to get through haha.

Act of Kindness #33: I do all of my grocery shopping at Publix. They may be a little higher on some things, but it's close to the house, it's always clean and I am a sucker for BOGO. They usually have some sort of organization that you can donate a couple of dollars to when you check out. I usually give during the holiday season because the money they collect goes to can drives, meal boxes, etc. and everyone deserves to have a decent meal during the holidays! So, I've donated to that cause a couple of times over the last couple of weeks.
